Macro 4 and Computacenter relationship yields fruit

Following a successful project now delivering advanced printer fleet efficiency gains and ROI to Germany’s leading asset manager for private and institutional investors, Macro 4 and Computacenter have announced a further two deals with major German savings banks.

Macro 4 and Computacenter have been working together in Germany for over eighteen months.  The partnership is centred on Computacenter’s Managed Print Services (MPS) delivery. Using Macro 4’s Intelligent Office Printing (IOP), Computacenter has expanded its MPS offering, improving efficiency and service delivery by centrally controlling distributed printing environments securely and easily.

Computacenter is now looking to increase the use of IOP within its MPS delivery operations, particularly in assisting to quantify effective change management. The integration of Macro 4’s IOP solution will provide an MPS offering that delivers considerable competitive advantage for Computacenter.

Ronnie Wilson, CEO Macro 4 explained how the deal fits in with Macro 4’s strategy: "We are making real progress repositioning our DMS business with third party channels such as  Computacenter  – this is another example of our major strategic relationships delivering results for all parties quickly. Working with Computacenter we believe this project could become a solid basis for future business opportunities."
