Mr Gallagher is currently Vice Chairman of Golden Telecom Inc., the Moscow-based provider of integrated communications networks, and is on the Board of Harmonics Inc. Until recently he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Getronics NV and, between 2003 and 2006, was CEO and co-Chairman of FLAG Telecom Group. Prior to FLAG, Mr Gallagher spent 17 years with BT, initially as Commercial Advisor and Commercial Director of BT and in 1994 was appointed Director of Business Development. He was President of BT Europe from January 1996 until July 2000 and subsequently sat on BT's Executive Committee as Group Strategy and Development Director. |
