ExpeTune uses an extensive KnowledgeBase to analyse FreezeFrame output. This
has been compiled from comprehensive system tuning experience, and contains
recommendations for addressing a wide range of performance-related problems.

The KnowledgeBase is made up of:

Standard entries – these are provided with the ExpeTune product (but can be
overridden if necessary).
Site-specific entries – these can be added to allow additional site-specific
conditions to be checked.
