UNICOM wraps up busy week at IBM Share conference in Atlanta

Company was the exclusive Platinum Sponsor for a wide range of activities

ATLANTA, GEORGIA, March 20, 2012 - UNICOM Global completed a busy week as the exclusive Platinum sponsor of the IBM SHARE conference, held at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta Georgia, March 11-16. SHARE is an international gathering of customers using IBM's mainframe software and hardware held twice a year to provide education and continued connection to IBM and other vendors who provide solutions.

UNICOM Global's CEO, Corry S. Hong, was a keynote speaker at the SHARE IT ExecuForum, which featured an intimate gathering of IT executives from organizations throughout the world. The IT ExecuForum ran on the Monday and Tuesday concurrent with SHARE, and Hong delivered a presentation titled "Leadership through Technology" to the executives, and then repeated the presentation to the broader SHARE conference to a standing-room-only crowd on Wednesday afternoon.

The UNICOM Global team also sponsored two "Lunch and Learns", where SHARE attendees enjoyed lunch courtesy of UNICOM while discussing the importance of Ensuring Mainframe Viability through Modernization and Ensuring Mainframe Application Vitality.

As a Platinum sponsor, UNICOM also hosted the Sunday night welcome reception for all SHARE attendees, and many other events throughout the week. Pictures from UNICOM's activities at SHARE can be found on the Company's Events page on the unicomglobal.com Web site.
