Modern Slavery Act 2025

This is the Modern Slavery statement for Macro 4 Limited (“the Company”, “Macro 4”, “we”, “us” or “our”), published in accordance with s.54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. This statement outlines the policies in place and actions taken by the Company to mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our businesses and supply chains.

Modern slavery encompasses slavery, servitude, human trafficking and forced labour. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

We believe that everyone that works for Macro 4 should benefit from a working environment in which their fundamental human rights, including fair wages, safe working conditions, and freedom from discrimination, are respected.

Our business

Macro 4 is a global software and technology group whose principal activity is the development, production, marketing and implementation of computer software for the mainframe, midrange and open systems sectors of the computer market.

We are headquartered in the United Kingdom with trading entities in Australia, Denmark, Finland, India, Germany and New Zealand.

Our policies

We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner, including:

1. Anti-slavery and human trafficking policy
   This policy sets out Macro 4’s stance on modern slavery and explains how employees can raise concerns about any issue or suspicion of modern slavery and where they can go for help.
2. Recruitment policy
   We operate a robust recruitment policy, including conducting checks to ensure that employees are eligible to work in the United Kingdom, so that we can safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
3. Whistleblowing and anti-retaliation policy
   We operate a whistleblowing and anti-retaliation policy so that all employees know that they can raise concerns about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisals.
4. Ethical trading policy
   This policy explains the manner in which we behave as a company and how we expect our employees and suppliers to act.

Our suppliers

Our supply chains are generally comprised of staff, facilities, computer software/hardware, office-related supplies, transportation, recruitment, legal and financial services. These are sourced primarily from within the United Kingdom. Modern Slavery checks are integrated into our supply chain risk management workflow.

Our risk areas

In light of the nature of our business, we believe the risks of slavery and human trafficking taking place in any part of our business or supply chains are relatively low.

We remain, however, committed to taking steps to prevent modern slavery arising in any part of our business or supply chains. During our last financial year, we have taken the following steps in this respect:

• An online training course regarding slavery and human trafficking was completed by new starters during 2025.
• We have included provisions in our purchase order terms and conditions to ensure suppliers comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in all parts of their business.

Our performance indicators

The effectiveness of the steps that we are taking to ensure that slavery and/or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain is determined through the number of reports received from employees, the public, law enforcement agencies or other third parties indicating that modern slavery practices have been identified in either our business or our supply chains.

No such reports were received in 2025.
